Jysoer=New Hope : "magick planet" : the planet the story takes place on (only called New Hope by humans & only during the prologue). Elder Tongue=Jysoerian (noun)=Jyxepok (written form = Jyxepoks) : "magick language" ("magick writing") : the language spoken by the elves & humans who can use magick to do magick. zeffra : "destiny" or "fate"
The planet is divided ~1/3 ocean (moderate danger), 1/3 civilization (safe), 1/3 wild jungle/forest (deadly). Civilization is safe from the jungle on the west side because of a mount
